Xinjing Company's Eight Principles of Warehouse Management:
1. Mandatory Inspection of Incoming Goods: All raw materials (aluminum, powder, etc.) must be checked for specifications and quantity upon arrival at the warehouse. Only those that pass inspection can be recorded.
2. Categorized Storage: Raw materials, semi-finished products, and customized engineering products should be stored in separate areas. Finished products such as aluminum panels must be protected against scratches and deformation.
3. Material Issuance Based on Orders: Production material issuance must be based on a "Material Issuance Slip," and finished product shipment must be based on a "Delivery Slip." Verbal transactions are strictly prohibited.
4. Project Correspondence: Customized engineering products must be labeled with a "Project Number" to ensure that storage and shipment do not involve cross-contamination.
5. Daily and Monthly Reconciliation: Accounts must be settled daily, and a monthly inventory count must be conducted to ensure consistency between accounts and physical inventory.
6. Environmental Management: Keep passageways clear, materials neatly stacked, and strictly adhere to warehouse 6S standards.
7. Safety First: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. Water and electricity must be turned off after work. Fire extinguishers must be checked regularly.
8. Accountability: The person in charge is responsible. Losses and damages must be investigated and the responsible party held accountable.
