According to the different materials used, ceiling tile system is divided into the following grades:

 

 Ceiling tile system the first grade material: aluminum-magnesium alloy, which also contains part of manganese. The advantage of this material is that it has good oxidation resistance. At the same time, because of the manganese content, it has a certain strength and rigidity. It is the most ideal material for suspended ceiling system. The aluminum processing performance of domestic Southwest Aluminum Plant is the most stable material for suspended ceiling system.

 

Suspended ceiling system the second grade material: aluminum-manganese alloy, the strength and rigidity of this material are slightly better than aluminum-magnesium alloy. However, the oxidation resistance is slightly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloys. If protective treatment is carried out on both sides, it basically solves the disadvantage that its oxidation resistance is not as good as that of aluminum-magnesium alloys. The domestic Ruimin Aluminum Industry has the most stable aluminum processing performance for ceiling tile system.

 

Ceiling tile system the third grade material: aluminum alloy, which contains less manganese and magnesium. Therefore, its strength and stiffness are significantly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of suspended ceiling system. But its oxidation resistance is obviously not as good as aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys. Moreover, it is easy to deform during processing, transportation and installation.

 

Suspended ceiling system the fourth grade material: ordinary aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of this material are not very stable.

 

Ceiling tile system the fifth grade material: The raw material of this kind of plate is aluminum ingots melted and bound into aluminum boards by aluminum processing plants, and the chemical composition is not controlled at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the properties of these materials are extremely unstable, resulting in severely uneven suspended ceiling tiles product surfaces,suspended ceiling tiles product deformation, and are highly susceptible to oxidation.
